Using the BPM-X Browser, you can publish your set of Visio-based business processes to an Intranet-based site. This can be easily navigated by business users with a standard desktop browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Hyperlinks between Visio drawings - and to external documents - are included, providing an interlinked and complete definition of your business processes.

Feedback on specific processes is provided, by use of a 'Feedback Button'. This triggers an e-mail within your company's standard system (e.g. Microsoft Outlook) to the relevant process authority, containing clear references to the particular process.

The Windows folder structure holding the Visio diagrams is reproduced within the browser to enable straightforward navigation.
